I am a PhD student in the Structural Bioinformatics group lead by Thomas Hamelryck. The group is part of the Bioinformatics Centre at Copenhagen University. My project encompasses the use of small angle scattering data in combination with probabilistic models for protein structure prediction. This project is funded by the Danish Research Council for Technology and Production (FTP).
Research Interests
- Protein structure prediction
- Machine learning
- Small angle scattering of proteins
- Protein dynamics
